These gigantic prophylactics may be intended as a novelty item, but personally I use them to serve a purpose. Calm down ladies! It is NOT what you're thinking (in fact, for the record, personally I require 'extra tight' sheaths). Anyhow, lets just say that since I discovered these, my monthly, ahem... 'business runs' to Colombia have been more lucrative than ever before- although a fair proportion of the cash is taken up by medical expenses (even when you buy in bulk, Anusol does not come cheap!).
