Superb
I remember catching this when it first came on TV. Of the series this was the only one I actually managed to watch. But I loved it!

Based on the original Canterbury Tales, this takes the tale of the Wife of Bath and puts it in a Modern setting. Full of drama, intrigue and humour this is a fantastic programme! I loved it so much that someone recently bought me the collection of all 4 of these. This is still my favourite though.

Julie Walters is fantastic in her role and although it's a serious drama, there are deffinitely lighter touches. I love it.
