Synopsis
IN LOVING MEMORY is a British period comedy from the late 70s starring Thora Hird as the main lead, Ivy. Ivy’s husband, an undertaker, dies and she decides to take over the family business with her nephew Billy’s help. Unfortunately none of them are really experts in the field, circumstance that generates a funny string of unforeseen events. Features all the episodes from the first series.

Series One In Loving Memory
This DVD is just what the doctor ordered.It is so gentle,funny,and not smutty.I only wish that the rest of all the series were available to purchase.
Ofcourse it goes without saying the 1st class service from AMAZON.

classic comedy
Good old Thora Hird and Christoper Beeny keep the laughs coming a plenty in this delightful comedy set in all situations of a undertakers,its not dated as some comedys from the 70s has its a period drama well worth watching and will bring a smile to any ones face,carnt wait for series two.

Have been waiting a long time for this to become available on dvd. It was worth the wait, this series in fantastic.
