Mixed feelings, but 2nd show Head and shoulders above expectations5
This DVD contains "Dance with the Teletubbies" and "Ready Steady Go".

Both my 1 year old and I found "Dance with the Teletubbies" a bit pedestrian, and if it was the only show on the DVD, it wouldn't be worth it. The many dances by the Teletubbies are slow and lack the verbal interaction and charm of other Teletubby scenes. There is a sweet scene near the end where a teddy descends on a carousel and tap dances. I am, however, concerned that Tinky-Winky delights far too much in wearing the fluffy pink net skirt and dancing around like a ballerina, and he keeps popping up in the rest of the show prancing around in it. Dipsy shows a more masculine attitude by running away when asked to dance in the skirt, but eventually he is also forced to do so. If you are uncomfortable with the lack of good masculine role-models in Teletubbies for your little boy, this is definitely the worst show I have seen so far.

In contrast, "Ready Steady Go" was quite captivating, with a brilliant video insert showing various people singing "Head and shoulders, knees and toes", including children (of course), dancers, a dentist, a policeman, firemen and football players. There is also fun footage of children playing follow my leader, and of course the slower Teletubbies doing the same, with giggles, falling over and big hugs. Highly recommended!
