The 3rd book in what was potentially a great series, but ultimately ended in a damp squib. Let not the finale of the series detract from what is arguably one of Stephen King's best books ever

another good collection of stories, King's take on Dystopia materialises in the excellent 'the long walk' and much better than the movie 'The Running Man'

yet another lousy movie adaptation, but the book is great, King takes on extraterrestrials and holds no punches

wow!!, first read it when I was 11 and was absolutely terrified, time has not taken anything away from this book, long and satisfying
