	Eddie Izzard - Definite Article [VHS] [1996] Buy used from: £0.01 Eddie's finest show. Nearly 2 hours of ingenious comic mayhem from one of the finest stand up comics in the world.
	Spaced--Complete Series 2 [VHS] Buy used from: £0.01 One of the most ingenious comedies ever made. Plenty of comic references to well known movies and brilliantly funny characters. It helps to have seen the first series, but by no means necessary.
	The League Of Gentlemen - The Entire Second Series [VHS] [1999] Buy used from: £0.01 Very funny and quite dark and surreal at times, but therein lies its genius. The League are excellent observers of people's behaviour and can mix different, often contrasting, emotions with comedy.
	Father Ted - Series 2 - Episodes 1 To 5 [VHS] [1995] Buy used from: £7.90 This is one of the funniest comedies ever made and is always enjoyable. Very highly recommended.
	Father Ted - Series 2 Part 2 [VHS] [1995] Buy used from: £18.47 The second half of Father Ted series 2. Need I say any more?
	The League Of Gentlemen - The Entire First Series [VHS] [1999] Buy used from: £0.01 A little less dark than the second series but still deadly funny. The highlight for me is in the last episode, with Mr Chinnery helping to birth a calf. I very nearly died laughing.
	Spaced [VHS] Buy used from: £5.00 The best episode is number 3 primarily because I am a huge fan of Resident Evil. Mike is one of the best characters in comedy, simply because we all know someone just like him.
	Father Ted - Series 3 [VHS] [1995] Buy used from: £12.90 Contains the immortal episodes 'Escape from Victory' and 'Kicking Bishop Brennan up the Arse'. Extremely funny, always.
	Father Ted - The Complete 1st Series [VHS] [1995] Buy used from: £2.00 Very original sitcom with an array of entertaining characters. As with League, the genius lies with making comedy out of observation of others' behaviour.
	Four Rooms [VHS] [1995] Buy used from: £0.01 4 completely different but very funny stories, by 4 different directors including Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, set in a hotel and linked by the hellishly camp bellboy, played by Tim Roth.
	This Is Spinal Tap [VHS] [1984] Buy used from: £0.14 Have fun learning the songs and humming them to bemused friends.
	Hannibal [VHS] Buy used from: £0.01 Very funny, but for all the wrong reasons. I laughed very hard at most of this when I watched it. There is a genuinely weird and chilling sequence at the end though.
	Clerks [VHS] [1995] Buy used from: £0.01 Very clever and funny debut by Kevin Smith. It is made all the better by a low profile cast and low budget so the story and comedy are the main attraction.
	Withnail And I [VHS] [1986] Buy used from: £0.01 Richard E Grant is superb as perennially drunk, obnoxious, pessimistic but endearingly funny Withnail. I really like Richard Griffiths and he is superb as Uncle Monty. Paul McGann is good too.
	Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas [VHS] [1998] Buy used from: £0.01 Ignore the Amazon review, this is very funny. It may take a number of viewings to grasp every detail of the story, but the best films are those which give you something different each time you watch.
	Eddie Izzard - Glorious [VHS] [1997] Buy used from: £0.01 Very funny observational gags. They sat art imitates nature, well, so does comedy.
