	Black Books - The Complete Series 2 [DVD] [2000] Buy used from: £1.23 Beautifully bizarre, these three actors blend seamlessly - the vebal and physical humour is up the with Blackadder and Father Ted. The second series is excellent also.
	Father Ted : Complete Box Set [DVD] [1995] Buy used from: £46.99 The ultimate in bizarre hilarity, strong to the last episode- ranks up there with Fawlty Towers.
	Men Behaving Badly - Series 1 To 6 [1992] [DVD] Buy new: £19.38 / Used from: £18.95 Genius, pure and simple. Again the wonderful British combination of physical and verbal humour. Moments of great wit, horror and disgust!
	Futurama: Season 1 [DVD] Buy new: £13.48 / Used from: £7.48 Along with the other seasons, vastly superior to latter day Simpsons, another American triumph cruely cancelled in it's prime, leaving an unintentionally poignant ending to series four. Brilliant.
	South Park: Complete Series 4 [DVD] Buy used from: £9.00 What can I say about US animated funnies? Buy all of these - four little foul mouthed kids from their pissant mountain town crack me up every time!
	Yes Minister - Series Three [1982] [DVD] [1980] Buy new: £6.88 / Used from: £1.45 All three series are subtle and beautifully observed. The three actors are awesome and the scripts simply perfect. Very clever, very funny.
	The Office - Complete Series One & Two [2001] [DVD] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £4.97 Inspired comedy where the line between reality and pastiche is further blurred. Ghastly train-wreck humour with added sensitivity and pathos.
	The Fast Show - Series 2 - Complete [DVD] [1994] Buy new: £6.98 / Used from: £4.17 The cream of scetch shows. Memorable characters and lines we're quoting 10 years on
	The Complete Blackadder - All Four Series [DVD] Buy used from: £15.99 A truely great passage of television history - the regualr cast and supporting cast all flawlessly superb in timing and wit. Probably my most-watched tv series ever - i'll never tire of it.
	Fawlty Towers - Series 1 & 2 [1975] [DVD] Buy used from: £22.00 John Cleese's finest hour - what the rest of UK comedy looked up to ever after.
	Rising Damp: The Works [DVD] [1974] Buy used from: £5.95 More cringe-worthy humour at the expense of Rigsby - ITV's only really memorable comedic character.
	Red Dwarf: Complete BBC Series 1 [DVD] Buy new: £5.98 / Used from: £2.45 Altrhough awful in it's latter day, the first 6 series fully deserve their place in the pantheon of great TV comedies.
	League of Gentlemen Series 2 (2 disc set) [DVD] [1999] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £1.99 Two series of bizarre, creepy, often downright scary material. Inspired, by some sick minds! Hilarious.
	Cheers: The Complete Third Season [DVD] [1983] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £13.50 I always enjoyed this warm, witty show. Limited to wise cracks and piss-taking, but sometimes that's just enough. A classic.
	Only Fools and Horses - The Complete Series 6 [1989] [DVD] [1981] Buy new: £5.98 / Used from: £3.50 The Ultimate British sitcom, superbly written and destined to be looped on our channels forever.
	Absolutely Fabulous - Series 1 To 4 Box Set [DVD] [1992] Buy used from: £39.99 Sidesplitting and excrutiating in equal measure, this is another landmark in the wonderful UK tradition of outrageous characters twinned with winning scripts.
