	The Perfect Prescription by Spacemen 3 Buy used from: £11.77 The perfect Spacemen 3 album. 'I have a passion sweet Lord... and it just won't go away'. Sonic blues!
	Loveless by My Bloody Valentine Buy used from: £4.63 Stunning layers of sound. A unique band. Awesome!
	O.K Computer by Radiohead Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £0.99 I love albums with a unique/groundbreaking sound. There's no denying this is one.
	Rage Against the Machine by Rage Against the Machine Buy new: £4.98 If revolution had a sound track it would be this! An original and ferocious onslaught!
	Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin Buy new: £6.78 / Used from: £3.69 No one plays the blues like Led Zep. This is my album of choice.
	The Stone Roses by The Stone Roses Buy used from: £2.24 A turning point in British music. No arguments!
	Hatful of Hollow by The Smiths Buy used from: £6.95 No one sounds like the Smiths (except Gene). This is my favourite collection.
	The Holy Bible 10th Anniversary Edition [2CD + DVD] by Manic Street Preachers Buy new: £7.98 Dark. Brooding. What a sound!
	Grand Prix /Songs From Northern Britain by Teenage Fanclub Buy new: £10.99 / Used from: £4.00 I couldn't choose between these two albums. So buy them together. Lyrically, musically brilliant.
	George Best by The Wedding Present Buy new: £7.38 / Used from: £4.99 I always return to this album. A regular listen since 1988!!
	Reading, Writing and Arithmetic by The Sundays Buy new: £6.68 / Used from: £1.76 Simple, beautiful - Harriet Wheeler's voice is perfection.
	Unknown Pleasures by Joy Division Buy new: £12.48 / Used from: £8.14 Powerful, dark and thoroughly depressing. 'I walked on water, ran through fire, can't seem to feel it any more.' Curtis is a poet.
	Pigeonhole by New Fast Automatic Daffodils Buy used from: £17.52 A lost classic. This band deserved more attention. This is available to download. Have a listen to Big.
	The House of Love by The House of Love Buy new: £9.98 / Used from: £7.99 There isn't a more perfect song than 'Love in a Car'. Please send another band like the House of Love along soon.
	Iron Maiden by Iron Maiden Buy new: £9.78 / Used from: £6.49 The original and still the best. Maiden's punky debut is a favourite of mine.
	Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd Buy new: £6.98 / Used from: £6.39 What's all this Darkside of the Moon nonsense? This is Floyd's best by far.
	Another Year Another Address: the Best of the Midnight Years by Popguns Buy new: £7.98 / Used from: £5.43 If you love indie jingly jangly you need to listen to these along with The Wedding Present, Heavenly and Los Capesinos!
	Hold On Now, Youngster... by Los Campesinos! Buy new: £4.98 Awesome album. Very different, so very good.
	Million Seller by The Pooh Sticks Buy used from: £2.92 They should have been Million Sellers. They never were but they were always a bit special. Listen to Susan Sleepwalking.
