Particularly good if you're nervous about the communication skills stations in OSCEs. It's really nicely laid out, and covers a lot, including breaking bad news, explaining procedures, and histories.

A good way to cover the whole of clinical medicine for the written portion of finals, although lacks some of the detail you need. Use with Oxford Handbook.

Very useful. Almost all the final years at my medical school used this book to get through their OSCEs as the scenarios were very similar to the stations that came up.

Very useful for preparing for the surgical OSCE stations, especially if your medical school hasn't covered much surgery. It's a bit of a classic.

Good simple bullet points for OSCEs. Useful for 3rd and 4th year OSCEs too! General word of advice - these kinds of books don't age, so buy an old edition, it's cheaper (does not apply to textbooks!)

You need to know how to prescribe for finals. The BNF is indispensable (no pun intended). Slightly older editions are good and cheap.

Pathology does come up in written finals - it comes up a lot. Practice makes perfect.
