A core text for OSCE revision. Amazing protocols for common histories, examinations, procedures and a explanations. It's the one book I'm planning to keep for FY1.

Alot of students find neurology to be quite complex and I found it very difficult to find a good book. But Crash Course not only covered everything, but explained things clearly and concisely.

This book ended up becoming a core text for cardiology in my year, much to the annoyance of cardiology consultants! Great content and very clearly explained.

Great to carry around on the wards to remind you how to do that obscure examination you haven't done in ages.

This is a great book, but sometimes overwhelming and a bit too chatty. Indispensible nonetheless.

The BNF is the gold standard but can be overwhelming. This book however, addresses the salient points and focuses on the important side effects of common drugs.

I never found what I thought was a good O&G book. This came very close though and made Impy make that little bit more sense.

Highly recommended book. Great for revising the salient facts before exams. Great assessment section to help with OSCEs too.

Excellent book highlighting common things to look for in the examination stations in OSCEs along with revision of key concepts. Surgery edition is good too.

Derm comes up again and again in medicine. So investing in a book is worth it. I think this is as good as it gets.

This is my favourite book! Communication skills makes up over 50% of the OSCE at SGUL and this book covers it all ranging from breaking bad news to consenting for procedures and histories.

Good to flick through before exams to make sure you have covered all the essential investigations.
