Awaken the Giant within
This is a very "americanized" audio book which may not be to everyone's taste in the UK, you may want to just get the book. Don't get me wrong there is some very good content, exercises and motivatinal speaches. I am aware how big anthony Robbins is around the world and was expecting more than this offered.

I have read the book and done the course, so bought this as a little reminder. It works as that even though its delivery a little dated now, but I believe it will not work as a standalone product as the messages are too cut-down and will appear simplified. So if you are a Tony Robbins novice - don't buy this CD set. If you know and love his work - do. I listen to difference sections most days.
