ONE OF THE BEST5
This is an excellent book, well written, clear, packed full of information, obviously amassed through many years of working in this field. It's not just about 'eliminating toxins and losing weight' it's about having the best of health and energy, and slowing down the aging process. I read most of the current books on nutrition as part of my work and think this one is the best, mostly because it is as concise as it can be, given the huge amount of information that needs to be put across.

After reading and re-reading this book, following the diets and advice, I am so much better, happier, healthier and thinner.
