My daughter of 5 loves playing with this and it has made an excellent choice for birthday presents for other friends.

Quite good
What you have to do is think of something and answer 20 questions, but if 20q thinks it's something else, you get more than twenty questions.
This lasts a long time and you can use pictures to help you, but you don't have to use them, they're just for a bit of fun.
If you leave the machine on for a long time without answering any questions, it will eventually turn off
