Very Impressed
I have only had a quick look through the book, but this is the best beginners surf book that I have seen. Great pictures and explains a few things that other beginners books don't, such as how the line up works and good practical advice on where to paddle out and how to observe the swell. Very readable and covers all aspects of surfing in moderate detail.

It looks pretty good for intermediate surfers too, with onfo on how to perform the various different turns.

I havent looked at the dvd yet, but even without the dvd I would consider this book excellent value for money, and if the quality of the dvd matches that of the book then I will be very happy.

I liked it so much that I am, about to order a second copy for a friend.
