A bit tame!
To be honest this DVD is a bit too easy. I'm no yoga expert or fitness guru but even I found this a bit tame. If you are looking for something VERY gentle this might be for you - but you might be better off with something that is simple yoga basics. Not really sure who this is aimed at - but if you are a surfer I don't think you will find this does the job! However, Peggy Hall is great and Yoga for Surfers vol 2 is Fantastic - buy that instead!
