The real-life story of a modern Working Girl. Miss S is smart, sassy, sexually frustrated and broke. With the rent money due, she spots an ad for a student job with a difference – in the massage parlour at the bottom of her road. Suddenly she can earn money doing something she is good at and get all the sex she needs. Offered a job on the spot by Mrs B, an ex-working girl herself, Miss S quickly gets to grips with the rest of the girls. They include: Bella the house ‘Domme’, Carrie the resident shrink, Tina the house snitch, and Suzie the amateur porn star. That’s not to mention the cast of clients: Mr Suck it Bitch, Mr Gay, Mr Pacemaker, Mr Councillor and Mr Willy Whacker... Confessions of a Working Girl is the true and intimate diary of Miss S’s extraordinary first year in a brothel and reveals exactly what a Gemini half hour really involves...

From the Author
Authors note:
I did originally start writing this around four years back, when no one
would publish a so called `torrid sex memoir' for fear of reprisal or being
too down market, so they said at the time.
I have written about my experience 10 years back, about how I started out
in the sex industry in a well run British bordello. The kind of which do
not really exist any longer, due to many factors, the law and technology
being the main two.
My book is graphic in places for some people, although toned down through
edit it is about working in a brothel after all. I hope it is amusing in
some places and yes it can be a bit grim in others.Sorry if from the cover
you thought I was going to sugar coat it, but hey, it is real life and that
life was and still is mine.I have never been good at holding back.
I do love what I do, I do not always like what I do though, there is a
difference. As for justifying what I do? Don't we all justify what we do,
other wise why do it, why should I be any different as a person in that
respect?
As for the audacity to have a handy hints guide to brothel work at the
back for other working girls? Excuse me if I don't want to leave others in
the dark. It is only my take on thing that helped me back then, but even if
a small part of anything I have learned along the way helps another lady,
keeps her safe or helps in the smallest way in reducing the STI rate in the
UK, just by making people think about safer sex? Then that would be good
with me.
The industry is not all glamorous, but then again it is not all grim. I am
an average woman with a less than conventional lifestyle and I am truly
happy. If I was not happy I would do something about it.
People buying my book will not make me give up being on the game or have
me retiring any time soon, if that's what people think?
Just because of a few pounds have been put away for when I might want to
call it a day when I am old and gray. As much fun as it sounds, lounging
around on a band wagon of so called `call girl lit' for an easy lay and
easy pay, is not the reason I wrote it.
There is after all no such thing as an easy buck, you would think people
would know that by now?
I only wrote Confessions of a Working Girl because a friend bet me that I
couldn't write a book and get it published. Silly Boy, he should have known
better! I like a challenging man.
Thank you to all that have bought it and read it so far.

Absolutely Brilliant!
I'm quite surprised at the negative reviews this book has got on here. I loved it from the minute I started reading it. It's a really easy, enjoyable read. It gets pretty graphic at times so when I was reading it on the train on my way to work I had to hold the book so people looking over my shoulder couldn't see it. I don't think it was written particularly badly either as some of the reviews suggest.
I have recommended it to loads of people as it is one of the best books I have read in a while.
Pretty much does what it says on the tin!
Ok; well, what drew me to the book was the girlie pink front cover... then I read the back and it seemed like it would be a quick, light hearted, interesting read... which it was.
I really enjoyed reading it, it was quite amusing but at the same time quite an eye opener... I felt at times the author was trying to justify the profession but apart from that it gave quite a good insight into the girls behing the massage palour image. Quite humourous at times too; but also showed a darker side.
In short, if your after an eye opening, honest, amusing, easy read then this is the book for you... its quite addictive once you start reading it.
Its not a novel!
I enjoyed this book but you need to take it as what it is, a true account of a working girl! People have been saying that it isn't a good novel but then it isn't a novel it is her account!
I believe this is well worth the read! I certainly couldn't put it down.
