Best Ever Book on Sex
The Ramsdale's manage the near impossible; to write a balanced 'sex guide' which delivers and offers exactly what the title says. The book starts off just a little on the fluffy side, with (to my mind) too many poems. However, after just a couple of short chapters it turns into the most compassionate and practical sexual guide I have ever read, and one which promises the reader practical ways to enhance their lovemaking -then delivers on the promise with interest! The Ramsdale's strengths are without doubt their ability to address the reader without ever condescending, and to do so with sensitivity. Then they deliver the goods. From breathing techniques to secrets of the male and female body, what's interesting is that the book goes into areas I have never seen addressed elsewhere and that the 'secrets' work. The book is both fascinating and an interesting read. Believe me, all couples should read this book. Why this book is out of print amazes me.

The best book ever written on (advanced/tantric) sex
I bought this book because it was recommended by Annie Sprinkle in one of her books and I thought if someone with her vast knowledge of sex thinks this is the best book on sex then I should at least take a read.

Well I've got something in the order of 15 books on tantric sex and have read more and this is just about the only book I return to again and again for new ideas. All the other books on tantric sex are blown out of the water by the Ramsdales' masterpiece.

Not a book to read from start to finish, instead treat it like your favourite cookbook. Dip in and select a new recipe to try out. There's a life-time's worth of ideas.

The important sections are those on the various sexercises so guys can control when they ejaculate and women can become more orgasmic by learning to tighten their vaginal muscles, pompoir power etc. Then all the various breathing techniques and then on to the actual tantric sex.

The one thing I wonder about is whether it is suitable for beginners. I came to it with a lot of knowledge already and it is possible that someone just getting started being sexually active might be overwhelmed by this book.

Tantric sex is mindblowing and this is the book to get on tantric/spiritual sex.
