No Oily Mess

Sounds good but Check if will invalidate guarantee before using
Ordered this when I bought new shredder, having read other people's recommendations that you lubricate your shredder - this seemed these easiest to do in my circumstances. When unpacked shredder discovered that guarantee wd be invalidated if I used lubricant.... Decided to wait and see how I get on and probably postpone use until shredder is older, and treat it considerately in the meantime! My conclusion - don't rush into ordering - get your shredder, see how it works, and then get a pack of these later if you think they wd be a good idea. Seems like an easy, clean way to do the job if you need to. Good luck.

neat, easy to use and store
Does the job without getting dirty, that is all you need really. No spillage problems. But - 1. not sure how often to use it; 2. expensive compared to oil hence three stars.
