A MUST HAVE5
A very good informative book BUT a little to many list's and data, but then it would not be a good reference book with out that information. Bit of a hard slog to read cover to cover but excellent as a reference book for shopping etc.The text font chosen for the bold sub headings not a good one as dificult to read, would have been better in normal font but undelined. Having said all that a useful addition to any one fighting this condition, in fact a MUST.
