Product Description

One of the main attractions of the VW Bus, apart from its iconic looks and rugged reliability, is the way owners take the bus to heart and into their family, and set about personalizing them through both exterior and interior design and styling. Over the years, most campers have seen extensive use and, unless you are lucky to find a complete original-condition camper, then some work will need to be done to bring the interior to the standard you want.

Customer Reviews

Outstanding book in all respects5
David Eccles has excelled himself once again. The book is a must for all VW camper owners. Full of ideas if you are creating your own interior.

More Kustom than Kamper2
Having already read the other similar books form the same publisher by David Eccles and Martin Watts, I was rather disappointed to find that quite a lot of the conversions shown are custom rather than camper conversions. I just don't like lowered VW Transporters, shiny leather upholstery and skull shaped gearknobs (really!).
I realize this is quite subjective but I think you should know this before you order. If you take the trouble to 'look inside' this book you will get a good impression of what I mean.
If, like me, you are interested in classic VW camper vans I think you are much better served by 'VW Camper, The Inside Story' by the same author, and by the classic camper books by Martin Watts. The latest one is about Martin Walter Dormobile camper vans. Lovely!
