Good Quailty Gym Ball
It's difficult to write a review of a Purple 65cm gym ball - but just a few notes. The 65 cm is meant for people between 5'7 and 5'10 if you are smaller get the 55cm version and if taller get the 75cm one. The supplied pump is very small - it took me 40 minutes of constant pumping with a much larger bicycle pump to get the ball inflated. I've had no problems with the valve (which has put me off some of the competitive products based on reviews on Amazon) and the rubber is nice and tactile. There is no supplied booklet of exercises supplied, so unless you already use one of these at a gym I would suggest that you buy a book at the same time as the ball.
Overall it's a nice addition to my ever expanding collection of home exercise kit - 8/10 (I'm only giving it 8 because the pump is so small).
A very decent optiion
This ball is definetly worth the money. Whereas other cheaper options deflate more easily, i only have to top mine up about once a week.
Yes, it does take about half an hour to pump up, but why do you buy a gym ball not to become fitter (from excessive pumping). As a ball it is very solid even for my 14 stone.
It is definetly burst resistant as i have rolled it over quite a few pens.
For your house this is an incredibly good option.
Exercise ball
This is a robust ball, but the pump supplied is very small - you get very fit just pumping it up! Also, there is no valve on the air inlet so you have to be very quick to seal it up. Having said that, it seems to be staying inflated pretty well.
