Success at last
After many foiled attempts I have finally found something that works for an aged, stiff and lazy body! I sent for the The Firm yoga mat and got the mini DVD (15 mins) as a bonus. 15 mins 'express workout' was just what I needed. It is easy, gentle background music, delightful instructor and 2 assistants.

At first, being unfit, I found it a struggle but, because it doesn't make extreme demands, I was able to keep at it. With a change in my diet and this gentle enjoyable start I have lost a stone in 6 weeks. I never thought it possible.

Great mat, but disappointed with DVD
The reason I bought this yoga mat was because I read a review that said it came with a free Yoga DVD.

Unfortunately, this DVD is from America and does not play in my DVD player. I never used to have issues with different region DVDs because my last player was unlocked, but this new one is not.

The mat is great though. Just don't buy it for the DVD bonus if you live in Britain with an locked player.

great mat, very reliable and comfortable. comes with an additional mini yoga dvd which i did not know about when i bought it and so i was extra happy lol.
