you get your money's worth
For £9 inc delivery - a real bargain. Arrived very promptly and although it did not work straight away ..with a bit of preserverance (and a selection of USB pen drives to hand) it functions well. Clear sound / signal. I am very satisfied.

Things to watch out for:
1) it does not appear to work for all makes of USB drives.
2) troubleshooting instructions are non existent - unless a compatible USB drive is inserted - nothing appears to function - not even channel changer (I thought at first the device was totally non-functional).
3) I found elsewhere (web) that holding down FOR or REV buttons could increase / decrease signal output and hence alleviate inference problems.

I am delighted with this product I ordered it on Sunday received confirmation of posting on Monday and it arrived Tuesday. Easy to set up and it works great, this is the first time I have used Amazon to buy something but it won't be the last.

Does what it says on the tin
Plugged in my MP3 tuned the frequency away to go, no problems at all. Very fast delivery with a letter explaining delivery charges, besides it's obvious before the order is placed. The playback quality is better if you use a USB memory stick instead of an analogue MP3 player input but very good either way. Just ordering one for my mum.
