Interest in this subject has never been greater, but who were the Knights Templar. The order was founded early in the twelfth century to protect pilgrims to the Holy Land by the Rex Deus families, who claimed to trace their bloodline directly from Jesus Christ. The Knights Templar had their own agenda and rose to power despite not conforming to the beliefs of the established Church of the time. Tim Wallace-Murphy explains the heretical spiritual beliefs of the Knights Templar and the Rex Deus families and examines their role in the loss of the Holy Land. He charts their achievements in a remarkable range of endeavours, from building castles and cathedrals to laying the foundations of the modern marketplace. He also uncovers the links between the Rex Deus families and the creation and propagation of the Grail sagas and, later, the foundation of the secret society of Freemasonry.

Delivery Problems - Chapter 2
I have used Amazon many times, and to date, I have always been satisfied with the entire service. On this occasion, possibly due to Royal Mail problems, Amazon used a courier service for two orders I placed. Both items were ultimately returnsed to AMAZON as 'UNDELIVERABLE' although I have not changed addresses in 15 Years, and RM always find me - ultimately no cards were left (so any attendance at my address is severely doubted). Amazon sent the filters to me by RM and they arrived the next day, but sent this book by yet another courier. To date, this still has not arrived despite neighbours details being provided to take delivery - again statements of attempts to deliver are on the delivery schedule, but again no cards, and no delivery to pre-warned neighbours. I have requested a refund (as I am losing the will to live over the time consuming problems this simple delivery is causing), but this has not, as yet, been forthcoming.. This is not acceptable AMAZON - Customers are entitled to a fair and reasonable delivery service of goods they bought and paid for, and such delivery issues require to be sorted out urgently, I have now lost confidence in what I found to be a trustworthy and efficient internet supplier until normal service is resumed - The problem obviously lie with poor couriers, and that was being investigated after my first complaint - but 5 weeks plus waiting is totally unreasonable.
