The desire for untold wealth and power has drawn much of Mirabilis vast and disparate populace humans, elves, dwarves and goblins to the old port mining town of Black Roc Keep. It has also enticed the evil Dragon-Eye (Mark Gibbon, The Chronicles of Riddick) and his ruthless Brood soldiers, who ll stop at nothing to possess the ore for the purpose of total world domination. Enlisted to save Mirabilis from this lethal insurgency is the venerable sorcerer elf Tesselink (Emmy winner Christopher Lloyd, Back to the Future), who has been given a vital directive by the Oracle of the land (Julian Christopher, Smallville). Echoes from Lord of the Rings5
Fantastic, Superb and Awe inspiring!

This was a real treat at nearly 3 hours long. Fantastic set pieces and a stellar performance from the cast.

I recommend heartily

Very very very very GOOD!5
The best sword and sorcery film/mini series I have seen since Lord of the Rings! It's hard to create a good fantasy film that doesn't instantly seem to be a rip-off of LotR or is empty of depth and just filled with pointless battles, but Knights of Bloodsteel is not one of them! It has a good storyline, fantastic and believable characters (ok, there is an Elf warrior girl, like there always seems to be, but I will let that one thing slide!) and also there are no orcs! This is more about the characters, who I was all attached too greatly, and the discoveries and battles they must face for themselves. There isn't many goodies vs. baddies battles and there is not any huge ones but that does not make this boring or dull but more a delightful change from most fantasy films. I could go on but I don't want to bore anyone so I will just give my five stars rightly to something that deserves them and leave it there.
