As a microcurrent device, this product has everything going for it except the indolent, poor quality, Chinese-made, probe cable, which seems to have a mind of its own and makes it very difficult to both ground the probe and activate the treatment button at the same time: particuarly when using this device to positively stimulate acupoints for chronic conditions. (Like most of the TENS devices, there is no negative only cycle for acute conditions.)

When I called to return the product, a senior manager told me they recognized this as a problem and would upgrade to a higher quality cable in the near future, at which time they would offer me another.

Unforunately, now that time has moved on I got short shrift from another spokesman at the company - I guess too much time has passed for me to return it now, but on the positive side it can both detect and treat Korean Hand Acupoints, without having recourse to moxa!)

Anyone interested might like to consider an alernative, the Pro TENS II, made in Taiwan.
