Customer Reviews
Enjoyable, but lacks something...
All in all this is an enjoyable read, it covers everything from preparation to planning and from the journey to the destination. However it doesn't seem to include the most important road trip ingrediant.
Fun. Everything is far to practical, what? it should be! I hear you cry! no seriously, it shouldn't be. Road trips are about spontaneity and fun. If you decide upon every factor and every turn your going to make, where is the adventure? too much planning turns a road trip into a predictable business trip. Put it this way, if you know the ending of a new film before you watch it, 90% of the excitment has already dissappeard.
Highly reccomended for the older, more mature adults of this planet.
Wrecklass carefree adventurous students... stay well away.
