It Draws You In... Then Spits You Out2
There are two difficulty levels on this game, easy and normal. Easy is way too easy, while normal is intensely hard. Everything about this game is perfect- I mean who needs amazing graphics for a cricket management game anyway- but it is almost impossible to stick with because it is so hard.
In over a year of playing the game my longest time at a club has been one and a half seasons- it is SO infuriating I keep quitting and starting again. The whole makeup of the gameplay seems to favour the computer. You can have some excellent batsman playing on a perfect pitch playing against a poor club, Durham for example. They will more often than not still post a mediocre score, while the opponents will get to 500 and declare.
And dont get me started on the one-day matches. In a years worth of play I must have won probably 20% of my matches- and that isnt fun.

Difficulty aside, everything else about this game is excellent- but can you handle the annoyance and frustration?
