A pretty good book for all Gen III enthusiast
I like this book, I find it very useful and it also tells the history of the gen III engine, and some of the struggle behind the construction of a new engine. You can also read some info about what parts you can use to gain some extra power. It also have cast and part numbers and the difference between the blocks and cams etc. I've been working with engines for several years but I still find this book interesting and informative.
It also have a chapter about supercharging and have a few charts what you can gain with different types of "boosting"
This book do not go very deep into the supercharging thing, there are other better books for that.
I can recommend this book as a guide and a technical Gen III source. Easy to read and has lot's of good sharp black & white pictures.
