worthy but superceded
A worthy little (in size) book on traditional energy/spiritual healing, replete with excellent visualisations and affirmations. By itself, it probably deserves four, or even five, stars.
However I have only given it three stars because - and I never expected I would ever be able to say/write such a thing - "traditional" energy healing has been superceded (in this new millennium) by "quantum" healing methods such as Stewart Swerdlow's Hyperspace techniques and tools as well as Matrix Energetics by Richard Bartlett.
