Instant and informative guide
This handbook provides a well laid out and easy to use guide. It does not have endless details and is therefore very suitable as a quick reference whlist out working, particularly if standing in a cold stable !! If you want more indepth information you must have other books, but this is a superb aide-memoire which takes up little space in your box of oils.

Good guide
A good quick reference guide to aromatherapy for horses. Tells you how to use the oils, blend them, use them in a poultice, for wounds etc. A few good recipes to for such things as fly repellant. I would caution people though to get a 'thicker' book before using aromatherapy oils as it doesn't cover the adverse reactions to oils or go in depth on each oils. Nevertheless, I'm glad I got it and have used it many times.

use with care
A useful self help guide for horse owners but essential oils are toxic and people should be aware of the damage that they can do.The book should have made people aware of the side effects. Only a vet may precrible oils for use with horses for this reason.
