Just what I needed...
A quick read and written in a light hearted way. Makes you think more about the important things in life. Now go put your feet up, kick back and relax.
At last!
At last a book that allows me to relax and take it easy! You have to take this with a large pinch of salt because you can't expect to be fit and well your whole life and be a couch potato... However, it makes some very good points. Life is NOT all about rushing around trying to get EVERYTHING done. Enjoy peace and stillness whenever you can.
