Cardamom and Lime
This beautiful book would be welcome in anyone's Christmas stocking if they enjoy cooking
only three ingredients not available in supermarkets, dried limes, lime powder and a mix of herbs called Sabzi but they are all available in Turkish stores
A visual as well as physical feast and I really do recommend you buy it
