It works. Really.
Nail Envy seems to be stronger and has better adhesion than your regular clear nail varnish sold for strengthening nails.
The matte Nail Envy dries to a soft sheen remarkably like clean natural nails - though you do have to be patient. If you rub it before it dries fully and it can go a bit shiny.
It's expensive, but definitely worth the extra cost.

A tip: if you have a split nail or just ripped one, use a piece of fine silk fabric as reinforcement (I used a bit of my wife's silk-painting fabric) and you have a sort of instant composite nail repair that is practically invisible and stronger than varnish alone.

Good for anyone trying to grow their nails. It strengthened mine well and is not too obvious as a polish on nails. Lasts a long time on nails too.
