Customer Reviews

Triathlon Training for Dummies4
I found this book after a search through Amazon as I am slowly trying to motivate myself in completing a triathlon, starting off with short / sprint events and then maybe moving on to longer distance events.

This book seemed to be a good start as to all the information that I needed to help me make the decision as to whether or not this is something I want (can) do.

Haven't read it all (as yet) - but this book does exactly what it says on the tin. Giving a good in-sight into training regimes, tips and nutrition for different disciplines and different distance events.

Once order was processed, book arrived quickly (within estimated delivery of 3-5 days) and was in very good condition.

All in all - a good purchase for gleaming the information that I want.
