Beginners Start Here!
If you know nothing about dolls houses, this is the perfect place to start. With a sideways nod to the importance of dollshouses for children, this is a book aimed more at the adult newcomer to the hobby. Rather than specialise in any one aspect (ie building, furniture or dolls) it gives an overview, with enough patterns and plans to get you building, furnishing and populating your own mini properties. As your knowledge and experience grow, this is a book you'll still want to keep to refer back to. For those of you who remember an earlier edition of this book focussing on 16th scale, you'll be pleased to know it now uses the popular 12th scale.
