Pleasantly surprised
After recently starting a major health kick I have spent literaly hours looking for books from juicing to running tips.

As anyone knows there are millions and it can be hard to choose. This one caught my eye instantly as it just seemed to look like it was simple, fresh ideas. I was really pleased when it arrived.

Rather than being full of the usual talk with endless lists of stuff to remember and take into consideration, 101 fantastic smoothies just gets right in there!

There are SIMPLE and straight forward explanations on preparing and the health benefits of each fruit and veg, and every jiuce I have tried has really been delicious. An easy and great way to get all of the nutrients we need and lack via tasty juices.

The only critisism.............all the washing up that comes from my juicer, but thats not the books fault!

Bought it for my Mum, and she's happy
Well made, well written, wipe-clean, clear and easy to follow instructions for some fantastic flavours! My Mum recommends this for anyone who's a home-made Juice or Smoothie budding connoisseur.

Not what I expected
Was expecting a book with easy to follow instructions for smoothies.
Recieved a pack of pages that were alegedly easy to use but found difficult due to having to turn the pack up-side-down to read each side of each page. No instructions for each receipe just a list of ingredients. Wipe clean pages useful.
