A cost-effective AV upgrade
I've had a Philex Thor Scart to Scart for several years now. Like a couple of other reviewers, I was sceptical as to whether this would make any difference. I originally used it to hook up my DVD player to a CRT TV, and watching a few Pixar movies, was absolutely stunned by the improvement in picture quality. I still use the same cable now, admittedly the CRT TV has been replaced by an LCD TV, but the image quality is still there. A great buy.

Excellent results from Thor
These cables are excellent. Replaced my generic SCART cables from SKY+ to TV and SKY+ to DVD recorder. What a result. If you cannot afford an HD TV, buy these to get the best possible picture out of your existing TV. Crystal clear images. Fantastic price too and very fast shipping.

BUT A TIP TO VIEWERS WITH AN HD TV AND A ORDINARY SET TOP BOX. THIS CABLE ONLY BRINGS OUT TRUE QUALITY IF YOU HAVE YOUR TV FROM A FAIR DISTANCE BUT IT REALLY DOES HELP BRING OUT THE PICTURE AND FROM MY POINT OF VIEW THE SCART CABLE WAS A GOOD PURCHASE.
