Customer Reviews

A rambling but interesting one-man soliloquy ....4
A rambling but interesting one-man soliloquy on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Quentin had some thought-provoking ideas and was a master of the "ad-glib" as he would say. I rather liked the way he dismissed Oscar Wilde's "Love that dare not speak its name" quote. A quick read - I doubt if it took me much more than an hour to devour this little book and it certainly made me smile in places. Sting wrote a song about him - "An Englishman in New York". Quentin was certainly a one-off eccentric and I probably would have liked him had I met him.
