A poor outing after such a stellar first season. Volume two focuses upon the ancestors of the modern heroes; some great twists, but thank goodness for Elle and Adam! Season three looks more promising.

Everything is kicked into highgear this season; relationships, the bus crash mystery and the corruption of Neptune. Fantastic from start to finish. Both seasons are region free coding!

Lost will go down in history as one of the most daring, convoluted and groundbreaking series in TV. Absolutely engrossing and thoroughly well written. Here is where it all began S1!

The best season thus far. This season focuses upon The Others & Kate & Sawyer locked in cages! ;) The final seven episodes are near perfect and Lost finally answers some damn questions!

Often dismissed by its name and premise. Buffy changed the face of episodic television and transcended genre to tell stories using monsters as metaphor. Sharp dialogue, compelling viewing.

Cinematic and spooky, this show is heavy going at times with its 'Star Wars-esque' concept: Han-solo Dean and Luke Skywalker Sam travelling across America to fight demons and other evil beasties.

I usually hate hospital dramas but this show is well acted, funny and has a very cynical lead, all good stuff.

The name initially put me off, but this show is fantastic. It's a compelling reimagined version of the original. It's a drama before it's a sci-fi show.

An excellent show that explores the lives of several characters - it has this weird dream-like quality to it at times. Extremely well written and directed. Throughly recommended!

Michael C. Hall deserves an Emmy. Dexter is about a serial killer who only murders murderers. A dark 'comedy' if ever there was.
