Beyond words
Every now and then you come across book which stuns you with its elegance and simplicity. This is one of those books. This is the first book written by Thich Nhat Hanh which I have read and all the praise is have come across about his writing is defiantly worthy. There is a real kindness and wisdom in his words and. I cannot recommend this book highly enough, if it's what you're looking for, I'm positive it will help and inspire you as it has me.

Simple in Approach
This is an excellent book for it helps to understand the reason behind prayer and how to make it enjoyable and a way of life. The book deals with many aspects of the human psyche and teaches one the importance of the heart center(where we receive and give love assisting in healing). As only when we truly deepens our spiritual life, life can truly become a joy and any setbacks can be viewed with an understanding through the power of prayer we will overcome and be stronger through love.
