Blending talent in order to build talented teams is another focus of this illustrated pocketbook. It deals with its subject in clear, concise terms with the emphasis on providing practical solutions. Customer Reviews
Concise, interesting and useful read!
I have recently read this book from cover to cover! Very interesting concepts layed out in an easy to access format. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in developing their team, who has limited time to read large volumes of text. This books gives you the information in a form that is easy to remember, allowing you to apply it to real life situations. Its even fun to figure out what 'type of talent' you are yourself!
