Silicone skins (not screen protectors)
My previous Creative mp3 player came with a silicone cover with belt clip, and as the ZEN didn't, I picked up one of these packs. It is a shame there are three in the pack, it makes the price less palatable and unnecessarily high. Are Creative implying that they aren't very durable? I've had mine for almost two months now and there is no sign of wear on the only skin I've used.

The silicone protects from mild shocks (very good) and the belt clip means you don't have to stuff the player in your pocket, so the controls are more easily accessable. Unfortunately there is no retention point as part of the clip, which means the belt clip isn't particularly secure, so only three stars.

Creative does sell a screen protector, called the 'Creative ZEN Screen Protector' and there are even third-party versions, so ignore the unhelpful review and just read the product discription, or visit the manufacturer's website!

Does What I Want
Others say ther is no screen protector but that really is not that much of an issue. As long as ukeep the player out of pockets with keys or coins in then the screen will be fine as ive found the screen is fairly scratch resistant anyway.

The 3 different colours make ur player look more colourful for sure if u want ur player to have a new look.

Each case comes with a substantial black clip on the back which is removable if u want it but is actually quite nice to use as a grip for ur hand when using the players controls, as it depth to it. It is also useful when ur on the bus on in the gym where i find i just clip it onto the bottom of my pocket and find it won't fall off and doesn't get in the way!!

The case is soft on ur hand and senstivie enough for when using the buttons.It doesnt pick up small loose material like I though it would so thats gd too.

So In conclusion if ur looking for a case that still keeps the player a nice small size but still keeps its nice this is the one to get, but if u think itll be in ur pocket with sharp items sometimes go for the leather case!! X

Deceptive
Amazon were out of stock of the leather protective case when I ordered ny Zen so I ordered these instead. The least I expected was some sort of screen protection. These are flimsly pieces of thin rubber with a big hole in for the screen to get marked. Not recommended!!!
