About the Author
Judith Kerr was born in Berlin, the daughter of a distinguished German writer. She left Germany with her family in 1933 to escape the Nazis and they arrived in England in 1936, having spent the intervening years in Switzerland and France. She is married to Nigel Kneale and they have two children.

A lovely story for little one's......
Mog is a perennial favourite around here, with this story being the most popular. A lovely gift set to enjoy with younger children.
Toy is cheap, story is old and tired
The toy is not the best quality and the story isn't either.
This is selling on the sentimentality of parent with fond memories of listening to this story being read to them as they were tucked up in bed.
Children's books have moved on and gotten loads better. This is old fashioned in style and content.
