A thought provoking book
A really great book for anyone interested in effective leadership. Arranged in short , practical and easy to apply passages, this is very thought provoking. Everything makes perfect sense but is nevertheless a challenge to apply when in management. Well worth the read and would definitely challenge anyone aspiring to be a leader in their workplace.
