A Must for Doll Collectors
This book provides 511 pages of concise information that is of value to every doll collector. From doll collecting tips, care and repair of dolls through to the background history of doll makers from around the world - it's all included in this pocket-sized reference book. Dolls are classified according to the materials from which they're made and a simple glossary aids the novice collector. While the values are in US dollars, and the book does include many American manufacturers, it does not detract from this book's appeal as a mini-encyclopedia. It is chock-full of doll photos from which to identify the appearance, type and age of many varieties of dolls. Being handbag-sized, this book is a must-have at doll shows, auctions or antique stores.
