Buy this dvd!
I'm really glad I bought this massage dvd and highly recommend others to do so. I am using it to learn massage as a hobby and find all the basic steps easy to understand. The dvd has a very clear format with a different section for each area of the body (with further sections introducing massage and dealing with hand exercises and use of supports). Georgina Tisdall is very thorough in her presentation, both in terms of the different strokes demonstrated and explaining why she's doing what she's doing. She also highlights clearly the areas of the body where people generally need more work. It is not just a 'technical' demonstration but attention is also given to sensitivity to, and care for, the client and respect of their privacy, and an emphasis on the mind/body connection. Georgina Tisdall also makes you aware of the importance of being relaxed in yourself, watching your own breadth and checking how you are whilst practising. Overall clear, articulate and comprehensive.

This was a very informative dvd, ideal for the new student or as a refresh for a qualified therapist like myself. The different massage moves were explained and clearly demonstrated. I have found this dvd very useful and would recommend it.

The best DVD on Massage!
This DVD is well worth getting. It is easy to follow, explains everything clearly and really inspires the student! I wish there were more in the series!!
A definate must have for anyone learning Swedish Massage or generally interested in massage!
