5 thousand stars more like!! The best book I've ever read.
This book has quite literally changed my life, and the lives of those who have accepted Quantum Touch sessions from me. I consider this book and all that has followed from it to be the most profound gift I have ever received. Some people spend years and thousands of their hard earned cash on trying to attain the power to achieve levels of healing which are totally dwarfed by these simple set of techniques. Even the most hardened skeptic changes their tune when they witness years of agonizing suffering fall away with only a light touch, to be replaced by a liberated smile. I was a skeptic myself until I actually felt bones move (displaced knee joint - she couldn't walk, the QT sorted it out within minutes). Its amazing but true.

And to those who give the `Placebo Effect' argument, just try these techniques on a baby or an animal, or sleeping babies and animals. I've heard about countless healings taking place with Quantum Touch which are considered to be medically impossible (for example the occipital bones sliding into their correct position; scoliosis posture straightened after about 30 minutes of treatment, tumours spontaneously disappearing). The doctors just can't explain it. So they dismiss it. Its such a shame though, this easily learned and rapid healing / pain relief can be used by pretty much anyone and for pretty much anything. The limits of this work are not yet known. But what we do know is that it doesn't come with the long and sometimes scary lists of dangerous side effects that so many conventional treatments are coupled with. The main side effect of Quantum Touch that gets reported is a feeling of warm relaxation. And surprise, that's a pretty common side effect too.

This book on Quantum Touch Healing, clearly teaches you how to use the special breathing and body techniques to raise your energy levels. The book is a course in it own right, but is an essential tool when attending one of the Quantum Touch workshops as it formulates the syllabus of the workshop. A must have book for anyone practicing or interested in Hands-On and Energy Healing.

Worth while Adition to your set of tools
Its a good system, but add it on to some basic skills, don't start with this, start with something like Reiki, SHY MEL or Sechem and then add this on.
