Book is ok4
The book is really nice, with good description of the routes. A few notes: timing is for people below average abilities, for example a piece of the route next to Mt Everest BC was put as 5 days although it was doable in two days (well, long days). Also for sure in Kathmandu there are more good places not mentioned in this book - as in 2008 Oct opened russian restaurant :) .Would I reccomend this book for someone going to Nepal? Yes. But feel free to explore the world on yourself too.
