Just what was needed5
I would thoroughly recommend this book to anybody doing remote outdoor activities and expeditions anywhere in the world. All too often books of this ilk have been too bulky and non-durable to include in the expedition kit .... this is ideal. As a provider of remote environment first aid courses I recommend this to my clients. It tells you what we need to know, for the occasions when we & the casualty are cold, wet and stressed.
